• Provide an evidence of purchase or receipt from shopperster
• Ensure an item is in its original packaging.
• make returns within 30days from day of purchase.
• Ensure the item is unused and in the same condition that it was received.
Return process
If you did not find total satisfaction in what you ordered from our store and wish to return, never to worry because we’re here for you. To return a package, kindly follow the following easy steps;
• Find the fill out the form attached to the package. In case your package arrived without this slip, kindly mail us and we’d provide you with one.
• Properly package the item in its original pack including the receipt and packing slip.
• Send us a mail requesting the shipping information to be used for returns.
• Walk up to any UPS location and send us the package using the shipping information provided by shopperster.
PS: Please note that shopperster would not be responsible for the shipping cost. If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Once we receive your item, we will notify you that we have received your returned item and thereafter inspect it thoroughly. We will notify you on the status of your refund after inspection. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your through a convenient mode of payment. You will receive the credit in less than 7-business days.
